LOCKED & GATED

The Nunan Estate has receiving and exit gates, which remain closed when not in use. Each bedroom has its own optional lock and key.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Security cameras monitor the gates and grounds
(there are no cameras within the Nunan House itself).

ALARM SYSTEMS

Each of the Nunan Estate buildings is equipped with an alarm system, which guests can arm in the Nunan House upon request.

Concierge Requests & Add-Ons(R)

If add-ons were selected above, I understand the Nunan Estate concierge will be in touch to discuss the specifics of my request to coordinate logistics and prepare costs. These will be conveyed in writing and agreed upon in advance of my stay, and will be paid no later than 5-days before my arrival.

Cleaning Fee(R)

I understand a one-time cleaning fee of $500 will be applied for this stay

Security Deposits

Refundable Security Deposit for the Nunan House(R)

I understand booking at the Nunan House requires an up-front security deposit of $2,000 to cover any damage or breakage which may occur, to be fully or partially refunded within 7 business days of departure.

Refundable Security Deposit for the Apartment Suite(R)

I understand rental of the large Nunan Suites apartment requires an up-front security deposit of $500 to cover any damage or breakage which may occur, to be fully or partially refunded within 7 business days of departure.

Refundable Security Deposit for the Small Apartment(R)

I understand rental of the smaller Nunan Suites apartment requires an up-front security deposit of $300 to cover any damage or breakage which may occur, to be fully or partially refunded within 7 business days of departure.

Cancellation Fees(R)

I understand that my booking fee is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation, SO LONG AS more than 7-days notice is given. If a cancellation happens with less than 120-hours of notice, 15% of the total booking fee will be kept. If a cancellation happens with less than 48-hours notice, a 30% booking fee will be kept.

Please note that unfortunately the reason for cancellation does not matter. The cancellation fee is assessed because other guests have been precluded from booking during your reserved block, and preparations will have already begun for your arrival. There are no exceptions to this policy.

I understand submitting this rental request does not mean my stay has been confirmed. Nunan Estate concierge will be in contact, typically within 1 business day of submission. Your requested dates (if available) will be held for up to 7-business days as details are finalized. Each booking is confirmed when payment is received in full.

You are also welcome to create a payment authorization on the credit card you wish to use for this booking.

This makes it possible for Nunan Concierge to charge the card on file without further steps from you, once the agreement has been finalized.
